If you need to cancel your flight, you can do so up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure time. You will receive a full refund, minus any transaction fees. If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled departure time, we cannot provide a refund. However, we may be able to reschedule your flight for a later time, depending on availability.
We believe in being fair to our customers, while also respecting the needs of our operators. Our cancellation policy ensures that operators have adequate time to plan for their flights, while also giving customers the flexibility to change their plans if needed.
We also want to assure you that your safety is our top priority. We do not fly in conditions that are not safe for sightseeing flights, such as when it is too windy, with a low cloud base, or when it is raining.
We encourage all of our customers to carefully review the details of their bookings, including the cancellation section in our Terms and Conditions as well as the GTCC of the Operator, before confirming their reservation.
