Balloons fly at sunrise and weather can cancel. Book ahead. Self-arrive at the balloon field in San Martín de las Pirámides 10 minutes before. Mexico City tickets meet at Reforma 31 (Ángel de la Independencia) unless your option says otherwise. Start times change with the season. Live dates are shown when you book.

Cancellation follows the policy shown when you book — currently free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. No-shows and changes inside 24 hours are charged in full. If the operator cancels for weather, you are rebooked or refunded as shown when you book.

Mexico City pickup (tour-dependent): Citibanamex at the Ángel de la Independencia, Av. Paseo de la Reforma 31. Private transfer options may use a Historic Centre pickup — follow your confirmation. Sunrise start; times change by season (October–March / April–September). Overflight of the Sun and Moon pyramids is not guaranteed. Name, weight, and health details are required to fly.
