Mexico City pickup: meet at the Citibanamex at the Ángel de la Independencia, Av. Paseo de la Reforma 31, Cuauhtémoc, 06500 Ciudad de México. Arrive 10 minutes before. Private-transfer options may use a Historic Centre pickup instead — follow your confirmation. The van runs to the balloon field at Teotihuacán; you fly there, not from Reforma.

Before dawn. Start times change with the season. Guadalupe-day tickets may drop you at Reforma or let you stay at the basilica and return on your own.
