About Fly Over The World
Fly Over The World is a trade name of Fly Over Co. i Stockholm AB, and is operating a booking platform for scenic sightseeing flights across the top 100 locations in the world. We connect passengers with experienced third-party aviation operators who actually perform the flights. Fly Over The World does not operate any aircraft and acts solely as an intermediary to facilitate bookings.
Third-party Air Operators
All flights are conducted under the respective third-party operator’s Air Operator Certificate (AOC). Passengers are covered by liability insurance in full compliance with EU Regulation (EC) No 785/2004, or local equivalent on insurance requirements for air carriers and aircraft operators.
The operating Air Operator is fully and solely responsible for the safe conduct of each flight and for adhering to all applicable aviation regulations, safety standards, operational procedures, and legal requirements.
Liability
Fly Over The World’s role is limited exclusively to the booking service. All other liability of Fly Over The World, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents is expressly excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with applicable local data protection regulations and our Privacy Policy.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions and the use of the Service including the Platform are governed by Swedish law.
