The breakfast tour lands at Kala Patthar or a nearby pad, subject to weather and regulations. None of those tickets put you on the summit.
Lhotse and Nuptse are the walls; Everest is the pyramid between them. You see that from the Khumbu, from a height the helicopter can hold, not from 8,848 metres. The landing, when it happens, is a ridge or a hotel terrace, not the summit. Weather can still keep you in the air for the whole high country.
