Berberi Villages are situated at the foot of the Atlas Mountains.
The Berber culture is very old and the oldest Berber settlement dates back to 1000BC. The Berber make their houses from mudbrick, which is an air-dried brick consisting of loam, sand, water and mud mixed together.
Most Berber people today are Sunni Muslims, although there are some Berbers left that are adherents of Ibadi Islam. In history the Berber community surpassed belief and ethnicity, the community was brought together by a shared lifestyle and language and their shared history and heritage.
