Toronto Helicopter Tour: CN Tower, Harbour and Islands from Billy Bishop

A Toronto helicopter tour lifts you over the CN Tower, harbourfront and Toronto Islands framing in minutes. From Billy Bishop City Airport you see downtown skyline against Lake Ontario, and on the longer shared loop you may also catch Casa Loma — weather permitting.

The Toronto hub has three options from Hangar 1 at Billy Bishop: an 8-minute shared city and islands loop, a 14-minute extended city flight, and a private Romantic Jewel flight for two with a souvenir gift box after landing.

Which Toronto helicopter tour to book

Want the short harbour circuit? Take the 8-minute city and islands flight. Want Casa Loma on the inland stretch? Book the 14-minute extended city tour. Prefer a private cabin for two? Choose Romantic Jewel.

Before you go

  • Where: Hangar 1 at Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport on the island. Reach it via the pedestrian tunnel from the mainland pavilion or the free pedestrian ferry (about 90 seconds, roughly every 15 minutes), then follow signs to Hangar 1. Hotel pickup is not included. Be at Hangar 1 by the start time on your booking and allow tunnel or ferry time. Adults need photo ID. Only cell phones and light cameras are permitted on board — no bags or purses.
  • Who can fly: minimum age 4 years on the shared city flights; the Romantic Jewel booking band starts at age 3. Young children must be accompanied as listed when you book.
  • Weight: no passenger may weigh more than 260 lb (about 118 kg). The entire group on each flight cannot exceed 600 lb combined.
  • Cancellation: full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure. Flights depend on weather, winds, weight and airspace; if conditions are not suitable, follow the free-cancellation or reschedule policy on your booking.
