Night on the Strip, or desert by day
The night flight is pure Las Vegas: about 10–12 minutes after dark over the hotels and stadium lights, with wraparound glass and the pilot on the headset. You are not going to the canyon on this one — you are reading the Strip as one street, which is exactly why people photograph it.
The Red Rock flight is the desert answer from the same terminal: fly out, land at a private vista about 2,900 feet above the city for champagne, then return over the Strip landmarks. Book it when you want rock under your feet, not only lights below the skids.
Grand Canyon West is the long day — Hoover Dam and Lake Mead on the way out, then hours on the west rim. It is a different trip from a Strip night flight; plan it as its own half-day.

Night Strip and Red Rock dates sell out on weekends. Book ahead, and leave a little space in the schedule if you hope to do more than one flight.
