A Jaipur hot air balloon ride trades the city for open country. About 45 minutes outside town, you lift off at sunrise and drift for about an hour over the Jaipur countryside: fields, villages and rolling hills catching the first light. Flights often launch around Samode, depending on the wind.
The Jaipur hub has one ride, and the wind sets its route each morning, so no single sight is promised. What you can count on is the hour in the air at dawn.
The Jaipur sunrise balloon ride
