Your voucher names the exact desk. Plan about 15–30 minutes check-in unless your voucher says otherwise. Hotel pickup is not included. Bring photo ID (passport or photo ID for airplane options).
- Seats: shared helicopter groups up to about 6–7; empty seats may be sold. The 20-minute city-and-volcanoes needs at least two guests to confirm. The airplane markets a two-guest minimum and may cancel if too few travellers book.
