Minimum age is set by Safari Helicopters and shown when you book. Do not assume an infant can sit on a parent’s lap. You must be able to sit upright. Check the tour page, or email hello@flyovertheworld.com.

For the shared Safari flights, cancellation follows the policy shown when you book — currently free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. No-shows and late arrivals can lose the seat with no refund. For the private waterfall tour, contact hello@flyovertheworld.com. Weather cancellations are rebooked or refunded by the operator.

Safari requires an extra seat for passengers over 250 lb, or when two people together exceed 420 lb. Everyone is weighed at check-in. See the tour you book, or email hello@flyovertheworld.com.
