Should I book in advance?
Yes. Sunrise balloons in Göreme sell out, and wind can cancel a morning with little notice. Book online ahead of time, and keep a spare morning in Cappadocia. Live dates are in the GetYourGuide widget on each flight page.
Is there a minimum age?
This is a shared hot air balloon, not a helicopter. Discovery Balloons lists children from 5 years on their own booking. Follow the age rules on the GetYourGuide listing when you book — infants on a parent’s lap is not how this flight is sold.
Can I cancel or rebook?

Where do flights depart?
Flights are with Cappadocia Discovery Balloons and take off from Göreme. Hotel pickup is offered from Mustafapaşa and Nevşehir. For the sunrise flight, pickup is about one hour before sunrise. Follow the meeting time in your GetYourGuide voucher — it changes with the season.
