Should I book in advance?
Yes! Our sightseeing flights are extremely popular and often sell out weeks ahead, especially during peak seasons. Our calendars close 48 hours in advance. Booking online in advance guarantees your preferred date and time, and unlocks the best rates.Â
Is there a minimum age?
We welcome families with young children! Children under the age of 2 are seated on a parent’s lap (subject to weight limits and not allowed on shared flights). Young children are seated in their own seat with special child seatbelts for safety and comfort.
Can I cancel or rebook?
Absolutely. You can cancel or rebook your sightseeing flight up to 48 hours for private flights and 7 days for shared flights before departure for a full refund or free date change.
What are the weight and health restrictions?
Each aircraft has specific weight limits (typically up to 90 kg per passenger). Passengers must be able to climb into the aircraft unaided and sit comfortably for the duration of the flight. If you have any medical concerns, simply contact us, we’re happy to discuss options to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Your safety comes first, and we always aim for a pleasant experience. If weather conditions prevent the flight, we will contact you immediately to reschedule at no extra cost or offer a full refund. Our experienced pilots monitor conditions closely and have your contact details in case of last minute changes.
Where do flights depart?
Flights depart from Bromma airport. The meeting point is at the Bromma Blocks tram station, we ask passengers to be at the meeting point 20 minutes in advance. The pilot will meet you there and walk you up to the helicopter (2-minute walk).
