Should I book in advance?
Yes. Morning slots over the falls sell, and weather can cancel a flight. Book ahead. Wait in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your pickup time. Live dates are shown when you book.
Is there a minimum age?
Infants sit on an adult’s lap. Child seating is set by the operator when you book. Check the tour page, or email hello@flyovertheworld.com.
Can I cancel or rebook?
Cancellation follows the policy shown when you book — currently free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. No-shows and changes inside 24 hours are charged in full. If the operator cancels for weather, you are rebooked or refunded as shown when you book.
What are the weight and health restrictions?
Seats are assigned for weight and balance. You do not choose a seat; the operator sets seating at boarding. Provide accurate dressed weights when you book, or email hello@flyovertheworld.com. No large bags on the flight.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Your safety comes first, and we always aim for a pleasant experience. If weather conditions prevent the flight, we will contact you immediately to reschedule at no extra cost or offer a full refund. Our experienced pilots monitor conditions closely and have your contact details in case of last minute changes.
Where do flights depart?
Mjair collects you from your hotel in Victoria Falls Town and drives you to the helipad at Kazungula Airstrip, on the Victoria Falls–Kazungula highway. Wait in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before the pickup time on your confirmation. After the flight you are returned to the lodge. No large bags. Government park fees and a fuel surcharge are paid in cash at check-in.
