Shared seats are balanced with other passengers; single-seat times can move. Book ahead. Check in 60 minutes before at Castle & Cooke Aviation, 155 Kapalulu Place (Lagoon Drive). Live dates are shown when you book. If they cannot match your time, they offer another slot or a refund as shown when you book.
Can children go on an Oahu helicopter tour?
Children under 24 months may sit on a responsible adult’s lap at no charge. From 24 months they need their own full-fare seat. Doors-off has weight minima (80 lbs R44 / 100 lbs Astar). No scuba in the 24 hours before the flight. Check the tour page, or email hello@flyovertheworld.com.
What is the cancellation policy for Oahu helicopter tours?
Cancellation follows the policy shown when you book — currently free cancellation up to 2 days before departure. No-shows and missed check-in can be charged in full. If the operator cancels for weather, you are rescheduled or refunded as shown when you book.
What is the weight limit for a helicopter tour in Oahu?
Give accurate dressed weights when you book. Doors-off: 80 lbs (36 kg) minimum in the Robinson R44; 100 lbs (45 kg) in the Airbus Astar. For 260–279 lbs a 50% extra-seat fee is assessed after booking; 280 lbs and over, another full seat. You may be rescheduled if weight cannot be accommodated. Rainbow Helicopters flies from inside the Castle & Cooke Aviation building at Honolulu International Airport — 155 Kapalulu Place, Suite 197, Honolulu, HI 96819. Access from Lagoon Drive (not the main HNL terminal). Park in the left-hand lot; enter the large glass doors; follow Rainbow Helicopters signs to the end of the hall. Check in 60 minutes before your flight. No hotel pickup; the shuttle is not running. Doors on or off at the same from-price; choose when you book. Late arrival can shorten the flight or cancel it.
