The Helicopter Line Queenstown collects you from selected hotels and central Queenstown. You do not drive yourself to the hangar unless your confirmation says to meet at the base. Flights leave from 29 Lucas Place, Frankton, at Queenstown Airport — not from the lake or from Glenorchy.

When to be ready
Follow the pickup time on your confirmation. Check-in at the hangar closes 30 minutes before departure. Allow about an hour for the whole outing including briefing. Warm layers and sunglasses; the alpine landing can be snow even when Queenstown is not.
Pickup notes
Pickup is for selected hotels and central Queenstown, not typically from Airbnb addresses — the operator will give the nearest point. After landing you are returned to the hotel. Reconfirm the day before.
