When to be ready
Check-in typically closes 30 minutes before departure (allow 45 minutes for the Glacier Highlights ski-plane flight). Wear a warm jacket and shoes suitable for standing on snow; bring sunglasses and a camera. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Guests may be weighed at check-in; the usual individual limit is about 116 kg. Flights need a minimum number of passengers to operate (often 4; 8 on the combo). Landings depend on weather and glacier conditions.
