Cruise pickup
The time on your ticket is pickup at the Goldbelt Mt. Roberts Tram building, 490 S. Franklin Street. Red gondolas on the mountain — you are not getting on the tram. Meet on the street side of the building. Allow a 45-minute buffer from your ship’s arrival and departure. Hotel pickup from listed properties is on some tickets; follow your confirmation.
When to be ready
You will be weighed. Glacier boots that go over your shoes are provided. No lap children. Six standard passengers per helicopter; larger shared groups split and meet on the glacier.
