When to be ready
Sunrise flight: pickup is about one hour before sunrise, so the call time is early and changes through the year. Daylight flight: the second ascent, after sunrise — exact pickup is on the voucher. Bring photo ID. Wear closed shoes and a warm layer; the basket is colder than the hotel lobby.
