When to be ready
Check in online at least 48 hours before your flight with names, dates of birth, nationality, weights and photo ID details for everyone. On the day, arrive 30 minutes early and bring photo ID; allow about an hour in total. There is no pickup and no space for bags on board (items can be left at the office). The flight crosses Surrey before reaching the Thames.
