When to be ready
Before the flight you complete an online pre-flight registration with each passenger's full name, weight, a copy of their ID and any medical conditions; your departure time is then confirmed. Arrive at least 20 minutes before departure for the safety briefing. Hotel pickup and drop-off can be added at extra cost.
