How far in advance should I book a London helicopter tour?

Book well ahead, as dates can sell out. Every passenger must check in online at least 48 hours before the flight, with names, dates of birth, nationality, weights and photo ID details. Flights leave from Redhill Aerodrome in Surrey, about 20 miles south of central London, usually between about 10:00 and 16:00, year-round except 25–26 December; the Thames and champagne tours fly Tuesday to Sunday. Can children go on a London helicopter tour?

The minimum age is 6. Children under 16 must fly with an adult.

What is the cancellation policy for London helicopter tours?

Tickets are non-refundable: all sales are final and there is no refund if you cancel. Flights depend on suitable weather, and if the pilot decides conditions are unsuitable, you are offered another date. Late arrival may mean no flight and no refund, and intoxicated passengers are refused without a refund.

What is the weight limit for a helicopter tour in London?

The limit is 136 kg (21 st) per seat, and a combined limit applies to the whole group. If anyone weighs over 95 kg (15 st), contact the operator through the booking page before you book so the helicopter's weight and balance can be confirmed. Everyone's weight is needed when you book and at online check-in.
