FAQ

Book as early as your plans allow. Every flight is private for 2 or 3 guests and priced per person with a minimum of 2, so the lowest booking is two seats. On top of the tour price, a US$19 per person airport fee is paid at check-in. Arrive 30 minutes early with photo ID; the person who paid must show the card used. Live prices show when you book.

The minimum age is 2, and 3 and up is recommended. Every child needs their own seat and ticket and wears a seatbelt; there is no lap option for infants.

Cancel at least 24 hours before departure for a full refund; there is no refund inside 24 hours. If bad weather cancels your flight, you can reschedule or take a full refund. Flights leave on time, and arriving after departure time counts as a no-show with no refund.

Weight limits apply and differ by tour, from 250 lb (113 kg) per person on some tours, with a limit for the whole group as well. The exact limit shows when you book, and you are asked each guest's weight. A guest over the limit cannot fly and is not refunded.
