About 60 minutes in the air, doors on, from Air Maui at Kahului Heliport. Shared cabin, six passengers, all ages. East and West Maui on one flight: Haleakalā Crater, tropical forest and waterfalls, the Hana coast, then the deep valleys of the West Maui Mountains, including the Wall of Tears when the weather allows. You may see Molokai from the west coast; this listing is not the Pailolo crossing to the Molokai sea cliffs. You do not land. This is not the 45-minute east tour and it is not the 45-minute west-and-Molokai tour. Check in 30 minutes before. Routes move with weather.

FAQ

Yes. Weather on Maui can cancel a slot, and shared seats sell. The operator recommends booking 1–2 weeks ahead (3–4 weeks for groups of six or more). Contact Air Maui at least 72 hours before for your check-in and departure time. Check in at Kahului Heliport 30 minutes before the flight. Live dates are shown when you book.

On doors-on flights, infants under 24 months sit on an adult's lap; from 24 months they need their own paid seat. The doors-off tour is for ages 10 and older; travelers in the edge seats must be 16 or older. Check the tour page, or email hello@flyovertheworld.com.

Cancellation follows the policy shown when you book — currently free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. No-shows and changes inside 24 hours are charged in full. If the operator cancels for weather, you are rebooked or refunded as shown when you book.

Everyone is weighed at check-in and seated for weight and balance; you do not choose a seat except the paid front pair. Doors-on: a comfort seat is required for one passenger 240 lbs or more, a couple 420 lbs combined or more, or a group of three or more averaging 200 lbs. Doors-off: 230 lbs, 400 lbs combined, 190 lbs average — and anyone 250 lbs or more must buy a comfort seat. Give accurate dressed weights when you book; under-reporting can cancel you at check-in with no refund. Email hello@flyovertheworld.com if you need the front seats (sold as a pair, 380 lbs combined). No bags in the cabin.

Your safety comes first, and we always aim for a pleasant experience. If weather conditions prevent the flight, we will contact you immediately to reschedule at no extra cost or offer a full refund.
