Meeting point
Everest Helicopter Tours collects you from your hotel in Kathmandu. You do not make your own way to the pad unless your confirmation says to meet at the airport. After the flight you are returned to the hotel.
When to be ready
Follow the pickup time on your confirmation. These are early-morning departures. Timing varies with weather and air traffic. Warm layers; the high pads are cold even when Kathmandu is not.

Pickup is from hotels in Kathmandu. If you are staying outside the usual hotel area, the operator will give the nearest point. Reconfirm the evening before if your confirmation asks you to.
