Cancellation follows the policy shown when you book — currently free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. No-shows and changes inside 24 hours are charged in full. If the operator cancels for weather, you are rebooked or refunded as shown when you book.

Seats are assigned for weight and balance. You do not choose a seat; the operator sets seating at boarding. If the booking form asks for weights, give dressed weights, or email hello@flyovertheworld.com.

Niagara Helicopter Tours flies from 3731 Victoria Avenue, at the Niagara River Parkway, Niagara Falls, Ontario — about a five-minute drive from downtown Niagara Falls, Canada. Meet at the heliport; there is no hotel pickup. Free parking on site, or the WEGO bus. If you are coming from the United States you must cross into Canada. Follow the time on your confirmation. Flights from 9am, weather permitting; they do not fly after dark.
