When to arrive
Check in 20 minutes before departure. Late arrival can mean losing the seat with no refund. You will be weighed at check-in. Closed shoes; no selfie sticks or loose items around the rotor disc.
Getting there
Self-drive guests can use the operator’s parking at the office. Some bookings include a complimentary transfer from selected city hotels only — Sir Stamford Circular Quay or Park Royal Darling Harbour — with return to Circular Quay. Transfers run on their own timetable, so allow a wait. Otherwise make your own way to Mascot.
