Hod Hod Soliman Hot Air Balloons collects you from your hotel or cruise boat in central Luxor. You do not drive yourself to the launch field. Follow the meeting time and lobby instructions on your confirmation.

When to be ready
This is a sunrise flight. Pickup is before dawn and changes with the season. Bring photo ID. Wear closed, flat shoes and a layer for the early morning; no tight skirts or high heels — you must be able to get in and out of the basket without help. Ages 6 and up on this flight.
Launch and return
The balloon takes off from the west-bank ballooning field near Hatshepsut, under Luxor Airport control. After landing you are returned to the hotel or boat, typically in time for breakfast. Wind or the airport can delay or cancel the ascent; keep a spare morning in Luxor.
