A minimum number of passengers is required; if the flight cannot go, you are offered another option or a refund as shown when you book.

Infants under 3 may travel free on a paying adult’s lap — routinely one infant per flight, with a company infant belt. From 3 years they need their own paid seat. Children 3–13 fly with an adult. Cancellation follows the policy shown when you book — currently free cancellation up to 24 hours before on some tickets and up to 2 days on others. No-shows and missed check-in are charged in full. If the operator cancels for weather, you are rescheduled or refunded as shown when you book.

Maximum single-seat payload 130 kg; over that, an extra seat at 50% of the ticket price is payable to the operator on the day. Window seats are assigned for weight and balance, not chosen. Port Douglas: Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Port Douglas Road — lobby shop or the helipad across the highway, as the team advises; check in 30 minutes before. Hotel pickup is not included on these scenic tickets; make your own way. These four flights are air-only. They do not land on a sand cay.
