Book as early as your plans allow. After you pay, the operations office contacts you to agree the final take-off time and to collect the passenger list with ID documents, then sends a confirmation email. Live dates and prices show when you book.

Children can fly when accompanied by at least one adult. Infants under 2 do not take a seat of their own and sit on a parent's lap.

There is no free cancellation. Once the flight is confirmed, 10% of the price is charged; 30% from 7 to 14 days before departure; 50% from 72 hours to 7 days; 75% from 24 to 72 hours; and 100% within 24 hours or for a no-show. If the captain cancels for weather that could affect safety, you may be offered another time, or a refund as flight credit or in cash on request.

The weight limit is 109 kg per passenger. Luggage is limited to about one soft medium bag plus one very small hand item for each passenger; extra luggage only on request and at extra cost.
