Cancellation follows the policy shown when you book — currently free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. No-shows and late arrivals are charged in full. If the operator cancels for weather, you are rescheduled or refunded as shown when you book.

Marrakech热气球飞行从哪里起飞？
Hotel pickup from most Marrakech hotels and riads is typical: 4×4 or van, part of the road on tracks, to Ciel d’Afrique’s North Palmeraie / Jbilets airfield. Confirm your exact address when you book. Pickup time is confirmed the evening before (typically about 5:00–7:00 depending on season). Wait in the lobby, or at the nearest car-accessible point if your riad has no vehicle access. Extra transfer fee may apply outside Marrakech (Palm Grove, Agafay). Self-arrive meeting reference: Ciel d’Afrique, P5VW+GR, Bourrous, Morocco. Welcome tea at the airfield. Return to the hotel after breakfast. Allow about 4–4.5 hours. These tickets are the Jbilets / North Palmeraie morning, not the Agafay desert zone.
