Weather in the canyon can cancel a slot, and the 25-minute Dancer has limited seats. Book ahead. South Rim: check in 30 minutes before at 107 Corsair Drive, Tusayan. West Rim from Las Vegas: check in 45 minutes before at 6075 S Las Vegas Boulevard; hotel shuttle from near the Strip is on some tickets. Photo ID for passengers 18 and older. Live dates are shown when you book.

Children under 2 sit on an adult's lap with proof of age (passport or birth certificate). From age 2 they need their own paid seat. Ages 17 and under fly with a parent or guardian. Check the tour page, or email hello@flyovertheworld.com.

Cancellation follows the policy shown when you book — currently free cancellation up to 3 days before departure. No-shows and changes inside the window are charged in full. If the operator cancels for weather, you are rebooked or refunded as shown when you book.

Everyone is weighed at check-in and seated for weight and balance; you do not choose a seat. South Rim (Grand Canyon National Park): extra seat if you are 275 lbs / 124 kg or more, payable to the operator. West Rim from Las Vegas: extra seat at 300 lbs / 136 kg.
