Phoenix morning ballooning is a Sonoran Desert float, not a fixed sightseeing circuit. About 45 to 60 minutes in the air sits inside a longer outing of roughly three to four hours if you meet at Deer Valley check-in (longer with optional hotel transfer). You inflate at a wind-dependent desert launch, drift a few thousand feet over scrub and ridges, and may see Camelback Mountain, the valley, and distant Downtown Phoenix when the path lines up.
