Weather in Iceland can cancel a slot, and shared seats sell. Book ahead. Reconfirm with Norðurflug on +354-562-2500 at least one day before. Meet at the east hangar of Reykjavik Domestic Airport (BIRK) — Building 313 / Hangar 1, Nauthólsvegur 58d — not the Air Iceland side. Office 9am–5pm Icelandic time. Live dates are shown when you book.

Infants sit on an adult's lap. Children fly with an adult. There is no published minimum age on these listings. Check the tour page, or email hello@flyovertheworld.com.

Cancellation follows the policy shown when you book — currently free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. No-shows and changes inside 24 hours are charged in full. If the operator cancels for weather, you are rebooked or refunded as shown when you book.

Everyone is seated for weight and balance; you do not choose a seat. Passengers over 120 kg / 265 lbs are required to purchase an extra half seat, payable to the operator on the day. Provide accurate dressed weights when you book, or email hello@flyovertheworld.com.

Not the west side where Air Iceland is. GPS may want Building 313, Hangar 1, or Nauthólsvegur. Reconfirm with Norðurflug on +354-562-2500 at least one day before. Office hours 9am–5pm Icelandic time, daily. Complimentary coffee, tea, and water at the office. Free parking. Taxi about five minutes from the centre. Hotel pickup is not included. Be at the hangar at the time on your confirmation.
