Manhattan flights meet at the Downtown Manhattan Heliport (Pier 6), 6 East River Piers, New York, NY 10004. Check in 30 minutes before your flight time. Some GetYourGuide options depart from New Jersey — always follow the meeting point on your confirmation.
When at the meeting point
Have your booking confirmation and photo ID ready. If you are delayed, stay reachable on the phone number in your booking — the operator will not wait beyond the check-in window when the slot is tight.
Public transport
The nearest subway is South Ferry (1) or Whitehall Street (R/W). From there it is a short walk east along the waterfront to Pier 6. Allow extra time at rush hour.
Taxi or rideshare
Ask for the Downtown Manhattan Heliport, Pier 6, East River. From Times Square the ride is typically 20–30 minutes depending on traffic.
Car
There is no dedicated guest parking at the heliport. Use public transport or a taxi. Do not plan to leave a car on the pier.
