When to be ready
Be ready at your hotel at the confirmed pickup time. Bring a passport. Allow about 3 hours for the full experience with transfers; about 35 minutes in the air. Shared flight — seats are limited (up to 6); the flight often needs 4 passengers to operate (you can book from 2). Seating is allocated by weight for aircraft balance. Children under 12 must travel with an adult. Wear comfortable clothes for a helicopter cabin; bring a camera if you like.
