Flights are sold on the live calendar, weather permitting — check availability for dates and start times. Meet at #3 Tex Smith Lane, Frankton (Queenstown Airport precinct); free parking; optional hotel pickup from centrally located Queenstown hotels, or meet at the base. If you drive, plan to check in about 45 minutes before departure; pickup windows typically start earlier. The exact flight time is confirmed after booking. Shared flights need a minimum number of passengers. Live prices are shown when you book.

Children of all ages are welcome and must fly with an adult. Infants may sit on a caregiver’s lap with an infant lap belt; infant pricing rules differ slightly by ticket and are shown when you book.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before for a full refund. Fiordland weather and cloud often delay or cancel scenic flights; if a flight cannot operate you can usually choose another date or claim a refund under the free-cancellation and weather policy on your booking.
