Follow the pickup time on your confirmation — early morning, and timing moves with weather and air traffic. Infant and child seating is set by the operator when you book; altitude is the constraint. Provide accurate dressed weights; the operator may split groups for the high pads. Oxygen and a basic medical kit are carried.
