Balloons fly at sunrise and weather can cancel. Book ahead. Self-arrive at the balloon field in San Martín de las Pirámides 10 minutes before. Mexico City tickets meet at Reforma 31 (Ángel de la Independencia) unless your option says otherwise. Start times change with the season. Live dates are shown when you book.

Not suitable for children under 4. Not for pregnancy, mobility impairment, wheelchair users, heart or respiratory problems, or high blood pressure, as listed on the tour page. Check the tour page, or email hello@flyovertheworld.com.

Cancellation follows the policy shown when you book — currently free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. No-shows and changes inside 24 hours are charged in full. If the operator cancels for weather, you are rebooked or refunded as shown when you book.

Maximum 150 kg / 331 lbs per person. Minimum height 120 cm / 3 ft 9 in. Mexican rules require name, surname, weight, and health information to fly. Give accurate weights when you book. Email hello@flyovertheworld.com.
