The time you pick is a request. Lite Flight confirms by email; if that slot is gone they offer another time or a refund as shown when you book. Arrive 15–30 minutes before at hangar 10660, 10750 Sherman Way. Night flights are after sunset; 8:00 and 9:00 pm may need a phone booking. Live dates are shown when you book.

No published numeric minimum age on these listings. Children do fly; everyone who occupies a seat is weighed. Age limits are confirmed before payment. 300 lbs per seat. Intoxicated passengers do not fly. Check the tour page, or email hello@flyovertheworld.com.

Cancellation follows the policy shown when you book — currently free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. No-shows and missing physical ID or the booking card are charged in full. If the operator cancels for weather, you are rescheduled or refunded as shown when you book.

Strict maximum 300 lbs / 136 kg per seat. You are weighed at check-in. Give accurate weights when you book. Some listings also cap combined passenger weight at about 550–600 lbs depending on fuel. Email hello@flyovertheworld.com if you have questions.

Lite Flight Helicopters flies from hangar 10660 at Hollywood Burbank Airport — 10750 Sherman Way, Burbank, CA 91505. Same parking lot as Atlantic Aviation; not inside the Atlantic Aviation FBO. Last hangar on the property. If the gate is closed, use the call box and say you are here for a helicopter flight; once inside, turn left and continue to the far end toward the exit. Arrive 15–30 minutes before your flight (15 minutes on the night listing). Bring a physical government ID and the physical credit card used to book; the cardholder must be present. Photos of IDs or cards are not accepted. Your requested time is confirmed by the operator after you book. Hotel pickup is not included.
