Meet at the Annecy-region meeting point shown on your booking confirmation (map pin on the booking page). From here the crew transfers you to that day’s weather-chosen take-off field and brings you back after landing. Hotel transfer is not included — make your own way to the meeting point.

When to be ready
Be at the meeting point for your booked slot and follow the voucher / confirmation instructions. Wear comfortable closed-toe shoes and clothes suited to a walk outdoors and the day’s ground temperature. Allow about 3 hours in total. Not suitable for children under 7, pregnant guests, or guests with mobility impairments. High heels are not allowed.
