The Atlantic Coast run takes the City Bowl and Table Mountain from the air, then Clifton, Camps Bay, Llandudno, and the Twelve Apostles, with a turn at Hout Bay and Karbonkelberg back to the helipad. You do not fly over Table Mountain. This is not the 12-minute City Hopper, and it does not cross to False Bay. Check in 30 minutes before. The operator flies the route, not the clock.
