Reach the island via the pedestrian tunnel from the mainland pavilion or the free pedestrian ferry (about 90 seconds, roughly every 15 minutes) across the inner harbour, then follow signs to Hangar 1 for check-in. Flights depart and return here. Hotel pickup is not included — make your own way. Be at Hangar 1 by the start time on your booking and allow tunnel or ferry time.
