See M\u00f6nch from the air \u2014 the middle peak of the triumvirate, glacier on the flanks, Eiger on one side and Jungfrau on the other. From the valley M\u00f6nch is the quiet one between two famous names. From the helicopter it is the hinge the route turns on between the North Face and the Sphinx, ice and rock in one look.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Both 42-minute Jungfrau<\/a> flights include it on the same circuit as Eiger<\/a> and Jungfraujoch<\/a>. The Meielisalp flight sees the three peaks too, then lands on Lake Thun. You do not land on M\u00f6nch. There is no M\u00f6nch-only product on this location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You do not ski the glacier and you do not stop on the ridge. Private cabin, then back \u2014 or, on the meal ticket, down to the lake. The 42-minute flights are air-only. The landing is Meielisalp, not this summit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The extra minutes on Meielisalp are the stopover, not a second pass of this summit. The extra on the four-person listing is the fourth seat on the same 42 minutes. Stay on the three-person 42-minute tour if the group is two or three and you want the triumvirate without a restaurant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Schilthorn<\/a> sits off this ridge, still on the classic hour. Interlaken and Grindelwald are the towns under the skids on the way in. Meielisalp<\/a> is the pad on the lake, after the peaks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Private flights. Routes reverse with the day: Thun, Interlaken, Grindelwald, Eiger, M\u00f6nch, Jungfrau, Schilthorn, home \u2014 or the other way.
